目的考察汉字倒置效应和镜像效应的早期分离现象。方法受试者为16名右利手健康大学生。实验刺激为4类随机出现的等概率独体汉字(正立、倒置、镜像、镜像倒置)。要求受试者对正立和倒立的汉字分别按不同的键。记录64导脑电。结果1)与正立汉字相比,倒置汉字与镜像汉字在颞枕区的N170潜伏期均显著延长,幅值无明显差别;2)在N170时间窗口,倒置汉字与镜像汉字的全脑地形图表现出了明显的分离,提示二者的神经发生源存在差异;3)与正立汉字相比,镜像汉字在枕区、枕顶区的P2幅值更大,倒置汉字P2无明显差异。结论汉字倒置效应与镜像效应在早期知觉阶段发生分离。
Objective To investigate the early separation of Chinese characters in inversion and mirroring. Methods The subjects were 16 right-handed healthy college students. Experimental stimuli are four kinds of random identities of single Chinese characters (upright, inverted, mirror, mirror inverted). Subjects were asked to press the upright and upside down Chinese characters by different keys. Record 64-lead EEG. Results 1) Compared with Chenghaiguanji, the N170 latency of inverted Chinese characters and mirrored Chinese characters in the temporal occipital region were significantly prolonged with no significant difference in amplitude; 2) In the N170 time window, the whole brain topographic map of inverted Chinese characters and mirror Chinese characters There was a significant difference between the two neural sources. 3) Compared with Chenghaitongji, the P2 characters of the mirror Chinese characters in the occipital region and the pillow-top region were greater, while the inverted Chinese characters P2 had no significant difference. Conclusion The Chinese characters inversion and mirror effect are separated in the early stage of perception.
