利用低压等离子体弧源离子渗氮技术在低压(4×10~(-1)Pa)、低温 (350~400℃)条件下进行奥氏体不锈钢表面渗氮处理,可在奥氏体不锈钢表面形成硬度高、耐蚀性好,厚度10μm左右的氮在奥氏体中的过饱和固溶体氨化层,最高表面氮浓度达到45%左右。
