研究了应用电感耦合高频等离子体测定人发中的微量元素。采用标准样与试样组分匹配的方法消除基体元素的影响。分析准确度和精密度较好,加料回收率为86—121%,相对标准偏差为2.5—8.3%。
The determination of trace elements in human hair by inductively coupled high frequency plasma was studied. The standard sample and sample components match the method to eliminate the impact of matrix elements. The analysis accuracy and precision are better, the recovery rate of feed is 86-121% and the relative standard deviation is 2.5-8.3%.
