临沧供电局成立至今已有19年,电费回收工作也实现19年结零的目标。建立健全内部管理机制,创新服务手段,提高优质服务水平,不断增强抗风险能力是做好电费回收工作的关键所在。层层联动形成电费回收合力完善内部管理机制是实现连续电费结零的“基石”。19年间,临沧供电局摸索出一套切合自身实际的电费回收工作机制。
Lincang Power Supply Bureau has been established for 19 years, electricity recovery work also achieved the goal of 19-year zero. Establishing and perfecting the internal management mechanism, innovating the service means, improving the service level of high quality and continuously enhancing the anti-risk ability are the key points for doing a good job in the recovery of electric fee. The formation of layers of interaction to form electricity charge recovery efforts to improve the internal management mechanism is to achieve continuous electricity zero “cornerstone ”. In 19 years, Lincang Power Supply Bureau has found out a set of working mechanism that is suitable for its own actual electricity recovery.
