研究了在 18t钢包中采用喷粉方法生产的钙系与钙硫系易切削钢中非金属夹杂物对切削性能的影响。试验结果表明 :以 2 0 0 m/ m in的速度切削 Y40 Cr Ca钢时 ,刀具寿命比切削 40 Cr钢时高 6~ 10倍 ;以 16 0 m/ m in的速度切削 Y40 Cr Ca S钢时 ,刀具寿命比切削 40 Cr钢时高 2 0倍。经能谱仪查明在刀具后面形成保护薄膜 ,它是延长刀具寿命的主要原因
The influence of nonmetallic inclusions on cutting performance of calcium-based and calcium-sulfur free-cutting steels produced by dusting method in 18t ladle was studied. The test results show that when cutting Y40 Cr Ca steel at the speed of 200 m / min, the tool life is 6 ~ 10 times higher than that of cutting 40 Cr steel; Y40 Cr Ca S steel is cut at the speed of 160 m / min , The tool life is 20 times higher than when cutting 40 Cr steel.
