白皎煤矿2024复采工作面回采4层煤(B2),煤层厚度1.1~5.9 m,平均厚度3.5 m,1978-1984年期间本煤层顶部局部已采,残余煤量平均厚度1.4 m。由于采空区遗煤较多,资源浪费严重,准备对采空区遗煤进行复采。但由于采空区漏风严重,遗煤被预氧化,出现局部高温和CO等标志性气体,遗煤存在较大自然发火危险,对复采工作造成严重威胁。结合白皎矿2024复采工作面面临的实际情况,采取井下移动式灌浆注胶和井下直接灌注液态CO22种防灭火技术,有效解决了工作面回采期间的自燃问题,使工作面顺利完成回采,并安全撤架。
Four layers of coal (B2) are recovered from the 2024 mining face of Baijiao Mine. The thickness of the coal seam is 1.1-5.9 m with an average thickness of 3.5 m. During the period from 1978 to 1984, the top of the coal seam has been partially recovered with an average residual coal thickness of 1.4 m. As a result of more mined-out coal leftovers, serious waste of resources and preparation for recovery of mined-out mined area. However, due to the serious air leakage in the goaf, the coal residue was pre-oxidized, and some landmark gases such as local high temperature and CO appeared. There was a large risk of natural ignition of the coal residue and posed a serious threat to the recovery work. Combining with the actual situation of 2024 compound mining face in Baijiao Mine, the technology of underground mobile grouting and direct injection of liquid CO22 fire extinguishing technology is adopted to effectively solve the problem of spontaneous combustion during face mining, so that the working face can be successfully recovered, And safe withdrawal.
