为修复损伤的Ti600合金结构件,开发新型耐蚀涂层,应用Nd:YAG激光在Ti600表面制备了钛基梯度功能涂层材料(Functional Gradient Materials,FGM),并测试其耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,Ti600基体和FGM耐蚀性均较好;在微观上均呈现局部腐蚀的特性,表面呈腐蚀微坑形貌;极化电位较低;自腐蚀电流小,在30~90 nA/cm2之间。FGM耐蚀性能较Ti600得到提高,腐蚀电流为Ti600的72%。
In order to repair the damaged Ti600 alloy structure, a new type of corrosion resistant coating was developed. Nd: YAG laser was used to prepare a functional graded material (FGM) on Ti600 surface and its corrosion resistance was tested. The results show that the corrosion resistance of both Ti600 matrix and FGM is good. The morphology of the Ti600 matrix and the FGM are locally etched on the microstructure. The surface morphology of the Ti600 matrix is corrosion microchannel. The polarization potential is low. The corrosion current of the Ti600 matrix is 30 ~ 90 nA / cm2 between. The corrosion resistance of FGM is higher than that of Ti600, and the corrosion current is 72% of Ti600.
