[目的]检测及分析都江堰市徐渡乡川芎(Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong)药材及栽培土壤中重金属的含量,分析川芎药材中重金属的来源途径。[方法]用火焰原子吸收分光光度法对抽样药材及其栽培土壤中Cu、Pb、Cd的含量进行检测。[结果]采样区域内土壤中Cu、Pb含量均符合国家二级土壤环境质量标准,Cd含量超过全国土壤背景平均值;川芎药材中Cu的含量符合国家GAP药用植物标准,Pb含量略微超标,药材中Cu、Pb含量均低于土壤。药材中Cd的含量超过土壤,并严重超过国家标准要求。[结论]川芎高Cd含量与土壤中Cd含量较高有关,其对土壤中Cd有较强的富集作用。
[Objective] The research aimed to detect and analyze the contents of heavy metals in Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong and cultivated soils in Xudu Village, Dujiangyan City, and to analyze the source of heavy metals in Chuanxiong. [Method] The contents of Cu, Pb and Cd in the sampled medicinal materials and their cultivated soils were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry. [Result] The content of Cu and Pb in the soil in the sampling area all met the national secondary soil environmental quality standard, and the Cd content exceeded the national average soil background. The content of Cu in Chuanxiong rhizome conformed to the standard of national GAP medicinal plants, the content of Pb was slightly exceeded, The contents of Cu and Pb in medicinal materials are lower than the soil. The content of Cd in the herbs surpasses the soil and seriously exceeds the national standard. [Conclusion] The high content of Cd in Chuanxiong rhizome was related to the high content of Cd in soil, which had a strong enrichment effect on Cd in soil.
