地理信息系统在管理水文空间数据及其研究上具有重大的意义,不仅可以作为水文水资源领域中重要的应用系统,同时在该领域的研究与开发上拥有强大的技术支撑。文章首先简要说明了GIS具有的功能与特点,其次详细介绍了GIS在水文水资源领域中的应用情况,包括水资源管理、防洪减灾和GIS与水文专业模型的融合等6个不同方面。同时依据目前GIS技术不断发展的趋势及其对水资源领域研究的巨大贡献,对GIS在水文水资源中的未来应用趋势做出了相关分析。
GIS is of great significance in the management of hydrological spatial data and its research. It not only can serve as an important application system in the field of hydrology and water resources, but also has strong technical support in the research and development in this field. First of all, the article briefly describes the functions and features of GIS. Secondly, it introduces in detail the application of GIS in the field of hydrology and water resources, including six aspects of water resources management, flood control and disaster mitigation, and the integration of GIS and hydrology models. At the same time, according to the current trend of GIS technology and its great contribution to the research of water resources, the paper makes a related analysis on the future application trend of GIS in hydrology and water resources.
