目的 :探讨低能量体外震波碎石机的治疗效果及其副作用。方法 :应用 MZ— V型低能量体外震波碎石机治疗尿路结石 1 32例 ,治疗工作电压 4.5～ 9.5k V。结果 :结石粉碎率为 1 0 0 % ,肾结石 2个月内排净率为 98.3% ,输尿管结石 1 .5个月内排净率为 98.6% ,副作用少 ,无严重并发症。结论 :低能量体外震波碎石机与高能量体外震波碎石机疗效相当 ,而前者副作用较少且较轻微。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effects and side effects of low energy extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy. Methods: Thirty-two cases of urinary tract stones were treated with MZ-V low-energy extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy and the working voltage was 4.5-9.5kV. Results: The rate of stone crushing was 100%. The net rate of renal calculus was 98.3% within 2 months. The net rate of ureteral calculi within 1.5 months was 98.6% with few side effects and no serious complications. CONCLUSIONS: The low-energy extracorporeal shock wave lithotripters are comparable in efficacy to the high-energy extracorporeal shock wave lithotripters, while the former have fewer and lesser side effects.
