为了改进EQ4BTAA增压空空中冷柴油机性能,对发动机的高涡流进气道内流场进行了三维数值模拟,得到了不同气门升程下详细的流场结构。气道性能评价参数(流量系数和气流转矩)的计算结果与稳流试验台的试验结果吻合较好。通过流场分析,找到了气道不合理的部位,并应用CAD/CAM/CFD集成的方法对气道进行了优化。优化后气道流量提高了14%,涡流比降低了12%,改进的气道与发动机匹配后,该柴油机的排放已达欧 标准。
In order to improve the performance of EQ4BTAA supercharged air-to-air intercooled diesel engine, the three-dimensional numerical simulation of the high eddy inlet flow field in the engine was carried out. The detailed flow field structure under different valve lift was obtained. Airway performance evaluation parameters (flow coefficient and airflow torque) and the results of the steady flow test bench test results in good agreement. Through the flow field analysis, we found the unreasonable part of the airway and optimized the airway with the integrated method of CAD / CAM / CFD. Optimized airway flow increased by 14%, eddy current ratio decreased by 12%, improved airway and engine match, the diesel emissions have reached the European standard.
