自从Crüntzig成功地在人体进行经皮腔内冠状动脉成形术(PTCA)以来,由于导管、导丝系统的不断改进和手术经验的增加,各种急性并发症和死亡率均明显下降,适应证不断拓宽。但十几年来PTCA后冠状动脉(简称冠脉)再狭窄率却无明显改善。本文拟对其机理及其防治的研究进展作一简要介绍。一、再狭窄的定义及促成再狭窄的因素目前对PTCA后再狭窄尚无一致定义,因而报道的发生率不一。美国科学院心肺血液研究院(NHLBI)对再狭窄定义为成功的PTCA后至随访冠脉造影时,病人冠脉原扩张部位狭窄程度至少增加30%,或已经成形管腔扩大部分在随访时至少减少50%。根据NHLBI等对1544例成功的PTCA
