对100例正常新生儿及部分早产儿、低体重儿、产母合并妊高征及产母患先心病的新生儿进行了血液流变学检测,结果表明:(1)正常新生儿全血比粘度及红细胞压积(HCT)生后24小时最高,后逐日下降,第7天较出生时差异显著;血沉(ESR)生后第2天逐渐增快,第7天起明显增快。(2)0~7天组冬夏两季及产母患先心病组血流变某些指标有显著差异。(3)不同性别、胎龄、出生体重及生产方式对新生儿血流变各指标均无显著差异。
The hemorheology of 100 normal newborns, some premature infants, low birth weight infants, mixed mother’s pregnancy induced hypertension and congenital heart disease were analyzed. The results showed that: (1) Viscosity and hematocrit (HCT) were highest at 24 hours after birth, and then decreased day by day. There was significant difference at birth between the seventh day and the third day after ESR. Erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) gradually increased on the second day and significantly increased on the seventh day. (2) There were significant differences in some indexes of blood flow between 0 ~ 7 days group in winter and summer and those with mother-birth congenital heart disease. (3) There was no significant difference in neonatal blood rheology between different sex, gestational age, birth weight and mode of production.
