目的 探讨前列腺癌组织中端粒酶活性表达与前列腺癌某些生物学行为的关系。方法 采用端粒重复序列扩增文件 -酶标法 ( TRAP- EL ISA )测定前列腺癌组织中端粒酶活性。结果 10例正常前列腺组织无端粒酶活性。 15例前列腺癌组织中 13例检出端粒酶活性 ,阳性率 86 %。端粒酶活性与肿瘤分化程度相关。 15例良性前列腺增生组织中 4例检出端粒酶活性 ,阳性率为 2 6 % ,其水平显著低于肿瘤组织。结论 端粒酶活性与前列腺癌的生物学行为有关 ,能估测前列腺癌的生物恶性潜力。某些良性前列腺增生组织中检测出端粒酶活性可能提示这些前列腺增生组织中存在未能被临床检测出的肿瘤细胞
Objective To investigate the relationship between telomerase activity and some biological behaviors of prostate cancer in prostate cancer. Methods Telomerase activity in prostate cancer tissue was determined by TRAP-ELISA. Results 10 cases of normal prostate tissue without telomerase activity. In 15 cases of prostate cancer, 13 cases detected telomerase activity, the positive rate of 86%. Telomerase activity correlated with the degree of tumor differentiation. The telomerase activity was detected in 4 of 15 benign prostatic hyperplasia tissues, the positive rate of which was 26%, which was significantly lower than that of tumor tissue. Conclusion The telomerase activity is related to the biological behavior of prostate cancer and can evaluate the malignant potential of prostate cancer. Detection of telomerase activity in some benign prostatic hyperplasia tissues may indicate the presence of tumor cells that have not been clinically detected in these benign prostatic hyperplasia tissues
