目的 考察盐酸消旋山莨菪碱注射液 (下称 6 5 4 2 )与临床常用氨基糖苷类抗生素在 5 %葡萄糖 (下称 5 %GS)中的配伍稳定性。方法 观察配伍液外观、测定配伍液 pH、紫外吸收光谱和 6 5 4 2含量变化 ,并进行薄层分析。 结果 30℃时 ,6 5 4 2与庆大霉素、妥布霉素、小诺霉素、丁胺卡那霉素等注射液 (下称庆大、妥布、小诺、丁卡 )配伍后 6h内外观不变、pH值未见明显改变、紫外吸收光谱几无改变 ,与妥布、庆大配伍 6h内 ,6 5 4 2含量维持在初始浓度 92 %以上 ,与小诺、丁卡配伍 1~ 1.5h后 ,含量即降至初始浓度的 90 %以下 ,薄层色谱未见杂斑生成。结论 6 5 4 2可与妥布、庆大配伍使用 ,避免与小诺、丁卡配伍。
Objective To investigate the compatibility of racemic anisodamine hydrochloride injection (hereinafter referred to as 6 5 4 2) and clinical commonly used aminoglycoside antibiotics in 5% glucose (hereinafter referred to as 5% GS) compatibility stability. Methods The appearance of compatibility liquid was observed. The changes of pH value, ultraviolet absorption spectrum and content of 6,542 were observed and analyzed by TLC. Results 30 ℃, 6 5 4 2 and gentamicin, tobramycin, microtomycin, amikacin and other injection (hereinafter referred to as Qingda, Tobu, small promise, Dinka) compatibility Within 6h after the appearance of the same, no significant change in pH value, UV absorption spectrum few changes, and Tuobu, Qingda compatibility within 6h, 6 5 4 2 content maintained at an initial concentration of 92% or more, and small promise, Dinka Compatibility 1 ~ 1.5h, the content dropped to less than 90% of the initial concentration, no impurity formation by thin layer chromatography. Conclusions 6 5 4 2 can be used with Tuoba, Qingda compatibility, to avoid small promise, Dinka compatibility.
