[目的]为确保北京2008年第29届奥运会期间食品卫生安全,为食品卫生监督提供依据。[方法]按国家相关卫生标准对8大类食品进行卫生学检测。[结果]8大类食品共470件,合格425件,合格率为90.4%。[结论]8类食品中非发酵豆制品污染严重,建议卫生监督部门加强食品卫生的监督,减少食源性疾患的发生。
[Objective] To provide the basis for food hygiene supervision in order to ensure food hygiene and safety during the 29th Olympic Games in Beijing in 2008. [Method] According to the relevant national health standards for 8 categories of food hygiene tests. [Results] A total of 470 kinds of food in 8 categories, 425 qualified, with a pass rate of 90.4%. [Conclusion] The non-fermented soybean products in the 8 types of food were seriously polluted. It was suggested that the health supervision department should strengthen the supervision of food hygiene and reduce the occurrence of food-borne diseases.
