采用板坯连铸浇注过程静态仿真软件CCPS OFFLINE中的二冷优化设计模块,基于合理制定的目标表面温度曲线,对某钢厂新建板坯连铸机进行了二冷系统的优化设计,通过反向仿真计算,获得了不同铸坯厚度规格和钢种组别所对应的二冷水表,并对一些重要的二冷参数,包括比水量、回路水量分配比例以及喷嘴的流量范围和调节倍率进行了分析。
The second cooling optimization design module in CCPS OFFLINE, a static simulation software for slab continuous casting and pouring, is adopted to optimize the second cooling system of a new slab caster based on a reasonable target surface temperature curve. According to the simulation calculation, the second cold water meter corresponding to different slab thickness specifications and steel groups was obtained, and some important secondary cooling parameters including specific water quantity, circulating water distribution proportion, nozzle flow range and adjusting magnification analysis.
