利用溶剂热法和水热法,分别以咪唑、2,2′-联咪唑和邻菲咯啉为配体在乙醇水溶液中与氯铂酸钾作用合成了3种铂(Ⅳ)二元配合物。结合红外光谱、元素分析、差热-热重分析以及紫外可见光谱确定其化学组成分别为Pt(Im)2Cl4.H2O(Ⅰ)、PtH2biimCl4.H2O(Ⅱ)和PtPhenCl4.H2O(Ⅲ)。它们对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草芽孢杆菌的抑菌性研究表明,配合物Ⅰ和Ⅱ的抑菌活性明显强于相应配体的抑菌活性,而Ⅲ的抑菌活性与其配体的抑菌活性没明显差别;同时,3种配合物对大肠杆菌的抑制活性略高于对其它2种菌类;对它们的抑菌机理进行了探讨。
Three kinds of platinum (Ⅳ) complexes were synthesized by solvothermal method and hydrothermal method respectively with potassium chloroplatinate in aqueous solution of imidazole, 2,2’-biimidazole and phenanthroline as ligands . The chemical compositions of Pt (Im) 2Cl4.H2O (Ⅰ), PtH2biimCl4.H2O (Ⅱ) and PtPhenCl4.H2O (Ⅲ) were determined by FTIR, elemental analysis, DTA-TG and UV- Their antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis showed that the antibacterial activity of complexes I and II was significantly stronger than that of the corresponding ligands, while the antibacterial activities of Ⅲ and its ligand The antibacterial activities of the three complexes were not significantly different from those of the other two kinds of fungi. The antibacterial activities of the three complexes against Escherichia coli were also studied.
