有清一代,朝鲜人民越界到我国东北的活动一直存在。在不同时期,清政府对其管理政策是不同的,大致经历三个阶段:清前期的厉行惩处、清中期的联合巡查与驱逐、清晚期的招垦与入籍管理。通过入籍管理,朝鲜族人成为中国国民和中华民族大家庭中的一员,与各族人民一起,为开发、守卫中国东北做出了积极贡献。 There are Qing dynasties and the DPRK people have crossed the border to the northeast of our country for a long time. During different periods, the government of Qing Dynasty is different from its management policy. It generally goes through three stages: the punitive punishment in the early Qing Dynasty, joint inspection and deportation in the middle of the Qing Dynasty, reclamation and naturalization in the late Qing Dynasty. Through naturalization management, the Korean people have become part of the Chinese national family and the extended family of Chinese nation. Together with people of all ethnic groups, the Korean people have made positive contributions to the development and safeguarding of northeast China.
