In the 10mm × 20mm YBCO / LAO / YBCO double-sided superconducting thin film, a 5-stage high temperature superconducting (HTSC) miniaturized microstrip polygranular polyline filter with a new circuit structure was designed and fabricated and measured at 77 K Its center frequency is 1.2 GHz, its bandwidth is 50 MHz and its minimum insertion loss is 0.12 dB in the passband. This kind of structure of high temperature superconducting filter will have a wide range of applications in the field of mobile communications and satellite communications.
