目的探讨青稞提取物对高脂血症人群辅助降血脂作用。方法将106例高脂血症者按血脂水平随机分为受试组和对照组,受试组连续服用受试物45 d。服用前后测定血清中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平和安全性指标。结果试食后受试组TC水平明显下降,下降率为10.64%,自身前后比较及与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);TG水平明显下降,下降率为16.65%,自身前后比较及与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);HDL-C水平升高0.11 mmol/L,与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。各项安全性指标试验前后均无明显改变。结论青稞提取物对高脂血症人群具有辅助降血脂作用。
Objective To investigate the anti-hyperlipidemia effect of the extract of barley on hyperlipidemia. Methods 106 cases of hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into test group and control group according to the level of blood lipid. The test group took the test substance continuously for 45 days. Serum levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and safety indicators were measured before and after taking it. Results The level of TC in test group decreased significantly after treatment (10.64%), compared with before and after treatment (P <0.01), the level of TG decreased obviously, the rate of decrease was 16.65% Compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); HDL-C level increased 0.11 mmol / L, compared with the control group, there was no significant difference (P> 0.05). The safety indicators before and after the test had no significant change. Conclusion The extract of barley has a hypolipidemic effect on hyperlipidemia.
