绩效考核是现代企业评判和检验工作质量和工作效率的主要手段,而绩效考核成功与否,通常取决于实施的目的和方式。换言之,只有在正确的目的引导和科学的方式下,绩效考核才能实现根本目的。基于此,以绩效考核对企业的作用为切入点,分析了企业绩效考核管理实践中的常见问题,并结合工作经验提出了相应改善建议,以期为提升企业整体管理水平提供有益参考。
Performance appraisal is the main means by which modern enterprises judge and test the quality of work and work efficiency. The success of performance appraisal usually depends on the purpose and mode of implementation. In other words, performance appraisal can achieve its fundamental purpose only when it is guided by the correct purpose and scientific method. Based on this, taking the performance appraisal as the starting point of the enterprise, this paper analyzes the common problems in the enterprise performance appraisal management practice and puts forward the corresponding improvement suggestions according to the working experience so as to provide a useful reference for enhancing the overall management level of the enterprise.
