目的 :研究急性有机磷农药中毒患者血清 C反应蛋白 (CRP)水平的变化及其临床意义。方法 :根据患者入院时中毒的程度设轻度中毒组 1 7例、中度中毒组 1 5例、重度中毒组 1 3例 ,并设健康对照组 4 0例。急性有机磷农药中毒患者在入院的第 1天 (治疗前 )、第 3天、第 7天抽静脉血进行血清 CRP检测。结果 :入院第 1天 (治疗前 )、第 3天 ,中度中毒组和重度中毒组血清CRP水平明显高于健康对照组 (P <0 .0 5和 P <0 .0 1 ) ;轻度中毒组与健康对照组比较差异无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;第 7天 ,中度中毒组 CRP水平与健康对照组比较差异无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;而第 7天重度中毒组 CRP水平明显高于健康对照组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;中度中毒组第 1天、第 3天、第 7天血清 CRP水平与轻度中毒组相对应入院天数比较 ,除第 1天差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1 )外 ,余差异均无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,而重度中毒组第 1天 (治疗前 )、第 3天、第 7天 CRP水平与中度中毒组相对应入院天数比较 ,差异均有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 :急性有机磷农药中毒患者血清中 CRP水平与中毒的程度有关 ,CRP可作为急性有机磷农药中毒患者诊疗的重要参考指标之一。
Objective: To study the changes of serum C-reactive protein (CRP) in patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning and its clinical significance. Methods According to the degree of poisoning on admission, 17 mild poisoning patients, 15 moderate poisoning patients, 13 severe poisoning patients and 40 healthy volunteers were enrolled. Patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning on the first day of admission (before treatment), the first 3 days, 7 days of venous blood pumping serum CRP detection. Results: On the first day after admission (before treatment), on the third day, the levels of serum CRP in moderate poisoning group and severe poisoning group were significantly higher than those in healthy control group (P <0.05 and P <0.01) There was no significant difference between the poisoning group and the healthy control group (P> 0.05). On the 7th day, there was no significant difference in CRP level between the moderate poisoning group and the healthy control group (P> 0.05). On the 7th day, the level of CRP in severe poisoning group was significantly higher than that in healthy control group (P <0.01). On the 1st, 3rd and 7th day, the CRP level in moderate poisoning group was higher than that in mild poisoning group There was no significant difference in residual days except for the first day (P <0.01), except for the first day (before treatment) and the second day after severe poisoning (P> 0.05) On day 3 and day 7, CRP levels were significantly different from those of moderate poisoning group (P <0.01). Conclusion: The level of CRP in serum of patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning is related to the degree of poisoning. CRP can be used as one of the important reference indexes in the diagnosis and treatment of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning patients.
