目的研究开口箭与吉祥草中的挥发性成分和8种金属元素含量异同点。方法采用GCMS法分析开口箭与吉祥草中挥发性成分的种类和含量,用火焰原子吸收分光光度仪测定两种植物提取物中Na、Mg、K、Cu、Zn、Cr、Mo和Ca共8种元素的含量。结果从两种植物提取物中共鉴定了16种组分,分别占吉祥草和开口箭提取物的78.3%和88.0%。两种植物中8种金属元素有较大差异。结论吉祥草与开口箭中挥发性成分和金属元素含量都有较大不同。
Objective To study the similarities and differences of the volatile components and the contents of 8 metal elements in the open arrow and auspicious grass. Methods The GCMS method was used to analyze the types and contents of volatile components in open arrow and auspicious grass. The content of Na, Mg, K, Cu, Zn, Cr, Mo and Ca in the two plant extracts was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry Elements of the content. Results A total of 16 components were identified from the two plant extracts, accounting for 78.3% and 88.0% of the extract of Kadsura and Kagura respectively. Two kinds of plants in the eight kinds of metal elements are quite different. Conclusions There is a great difference between the volatile components and the metal elements in the auspicious grass and the open arrows.
