原租赁合同解除,转承租人应否继续向转出租人支付租金

原租赁合同解除后,转租赁合同是否解除?一种观点认为,原租赁合同解除后,转租赁合同随之解除,转承租人无须再向转出租人支付租金是十分自然的事情。但问题并不这么简单,这种关系所蕴涵的法理较为复杂。近日,本刊与北京市人民检察院第一分院共同邀请专家,结合典型案例,对原租赁合同解除后转租赁合同的效力、当事人之间的权利义务关系等问题展开深入探讨。 After the release of the original lease contract, the transfer of the lease contract is lifted?
