目的从刺柳珊瑚中寻找新化合物。方法采自南中国海域的刺柳珊瑚Echinogorgiasp.经色谱柱分离得到3个同系列的神经酰胺。结果通过波谱分析及化学转化等方法确定了其化学结构分别为(2S,3S,4R)-2-N-(1,3,4-三羟基-正二十烷基)-正十六碳酰胺(1)、(2S,3S,4R)-2-N-(1,3,4-三羟基-正二十烷基)-正十七碳酰胺(2)和(2S,3S,4R)-2-N-(1,3,4-三羟基-正二十烷基)-正十八碳酰胺(3)。结论 3个化合物均是首次从该物种中分离得到,其中化合物2是新化合物,命名为刺柳珊瑚酰胺(echinogoriamide)。
Aim To search for new compounds from the thorn coral. Methods Echinogorgiasp collected from the southern China sea area was collected and separated into three identical series of ceramides by column chromatography. Results The chemical structures of (2S, 3S, 4R) -2-N- (1,3,4-trihydroxy-n-eicosyl) -octadecanamide were confirmed by spectral analysis and chemical transformation. (2S) 3S, 4R) -2-N- (1,3,4-trihydroxy-n-eicosyl) -n-heptadecyl amide (2) and (2S, 3S, 4R) 2-N- (1,3,4-trihydroxy-n-eicosyl) -n-octadecyl amide (3). CONCLUSIONS Three compounds were isolated from this species for the first time. Among them, Compound 2 is a new compound named echinogoriamide.
