2005年10月29～30日,中国职工教育和职业培训协会第四届理事会暨年会在北京隆重举行。全国人大副委员长成思危、中国职协名誉会长袁宝华、劳动和社会保障部副部长张小建、中国职协会长林用三等领导同志,及有关部委代表和中国职协常务理事、理事共二百余人出席了会议。会议审议了第三届理事会工作报告、财务报告和章程修改报告,选举产生了第四届理事会,表彰了优秀会员单位和科研成果突出贡献单位,并安排了经验交流与专题讲座。我们刊出成思危副委员长(待下期刊出)、张小建副部长和林用三会长的讲话,必将对我们今后的工作产生新的启迪和指导作用。
From October 29 to October 30, 2005, the fourth council and annual meeting of China Association of Staff Education and Vocational Training was held in Beijing. Cheng Siwei, Vice Chairman of NPC, Yuan Baohua, Honorary President of China Vocational Association, Zhang Xiaojian, Vice Minister of Labor and Social Security, Lin Yongsan, President of China Vocational Association, etc., and representatives of relevant ministries and commissions and standing directors and directors of China Vocational Association Two hundred people attended the meeting. The meeting reviewed the report on the work of the third council, revised financial reports and articles of association, elected the 4th council, commended outstanding member units and outstanding contribution units of scientific research achievements, and arranged exchange of experiences and seminars. We published a speech by Vice Chairman Cheng Siwei (to be published in the next issue), Vice Minister Zhang Xiaojian and Chairman Lin III, and will surely give us a new inspiration and guidance for our future work.
