堇菜(Viola verecurida)为堇菜科植物堇菜,具有清热解毒之功用,其化学成分至今未见报道。为此,我们对来自福建的堇菜的地上部分进行了初步研究,发现含三萜和多种黄酮化合物。今将其中3-木栓酮(friecdelan-3-one)的分离、鉴定简报如下。药材150g,丙酮冷浸2次,提取液浓缩,放置,析出晶体,经丙酮反复重结晶得白色针状结晶27mg(晶A)。晶A mp261～263℃。高分辨MS给出分子
Viola verecurida is a vegetable of Amaranthaceae. It has the function of clearing heat and detoxification. Its chemical composition has not been reported so far. To this end, we conducted a preliminary study of the aerial parts of Fujian leeks and found that they contained triterpenoids and a variety of flavonoid compounds. Herein, the separation and identification of the 3-frisselone (one) is reported below. Herbs 150g, acetone cold leaching 2 times, the extract was concentrated, placed, precipitated crystals, repeated recrystallization of acetone to give 27mg needle crystals (crystal A).
