本文于四川产红花绿绒蒿(Meconopsis punicea)中获得8种化合物。于酸性及中性部分经气-质谱证明含有香荚兰酸、肉桂酸、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯存在。并获得香豆酸和异鼠李素。于生物碱部分中获得mecambridine和一种新生物碱,后者由质谱推定可能为甲氧基-mecambridine。于季铵生物碱部分分得alborine。后者于绿绒蒿属中首次发现。mecambridine已知存罂粟属7种植物中,1981年于M.cambrica中获得,本文再次于我国产红花绿绒蒿中获得。并证明mecambridine对小鼠具有中枢镇静、镇痛作用。
In this paper, eight compounds were obtained from Meconopsis punicea. The presence of vanillic acid, cinnamic acid and dibutyl phthalate was confirmed by gas-mass spectrometry in acidic and neutral portions. And obtained coumaric acid and isorhamnetin. Mecambridine and a novel alkaloid were obtained in the alkaloid fraction, which was presumed by mass spectrometry to be methoxy-mecambridine. Alborine is part of the quaternary alkaloid fraction. The latter was first discovered in Artemisia sp. Mecambridine is known to exist in 7 plants of Papaver species and was obtained in M. cambrica in 1981. This article was once again obtained in China. And proved that mecambridine has a central sedative and analgesic effect on mice.
