本实验对雄性BALB/C小白鼠胚胎14天至生后成年的肾上腺皮质的发育分化进行了九种组化指标的连续性观察。结果如下:1.糖原:胚胎至生后成年皮质各带均未发现糖原颗粒。2.核酸:胚胎时期皮质细胞内RNA丰富,生后减少,于生后4周末接近成年水平,网状带较多,球状带和束状带略少。3.脂类:胚胎16天时即可见到少量小脂滴,至18天时脂滴明显增多增大,生后4周末达到成年水平,束状带最丰富,球状带次之,网状带较少。4.ACP:胚胎时期为阴性,生后1天出现阳性反应,以后逐渐增强,球状带和
