文章在界定定题信息服务质量的概念及评判标准的基础上,从信息服务机构的资源条件、服务小组的结构与素质、服务对象与服务课题的状况、服务小组与服务对象的配合程度4个方面探讨了定题信息服务质量的影响因素,并从优化信息服务机构资源配置、重视服务小组的组建与管理、加强服务小组与服务对象间的互动交流、加强对服务对象的培训4个方面提出定题信息服务质量的提升策略。
