建立了用以评价内燃机动态特性的运动学与动力学数学模型,根据用matlib数学软件进行计算和仿真所得的数据资料,分析并对比了在不同杆长参数曲柄滑块机构下内燃机的动态特性。计算和仿真结果表明,活塞偏置布置和增大活塞偏置距离有利于改善内燃机的动态性能。
A kinematics and dynamics mathematical model for evaluating the dynamic characteristics of an internal combustion engine was established. Based on the data obtained from matlib mathematical software and simulation, the dynamic characteristics of the internal combustion engine under different rod length parameters were analyzed and compared. The calculation and simulation results show that the piston offset arrangement and the increase of the piston offset distance are helpful to improve the dynamic performance of the internal combustion engine.
