“影子培训”是一种情境学习式的中小学校长培训模式,有较好实效性。但是“影子培训”的提法无意中淡化了学员的主体地位,弱化了学员主动学习意识,不利于增强培训效果。而“驻校研修”的提法强调了学员的主体地位和学习的主动性,倡导了学员的深刻思考与分析,鼓励了批判性思维,促进了思想提炼与经验抽取。在“驻校研修”提法之下的校长实践学习,学员的主观能动性更强,学习积极性更高。
Shadow Training is a situational learning model of primary and secondary school principals training, with good effectiveness. However, the formulation of “shadow training” inadvertently dilutes the student’s dominant position, weakens the students’ initiative learning consciousness, which is not conducive to enhancing the training effect. However, the formulation of “residency training” emphasizes the subject status of learners and the initiative of learning, advocates profound thinking and analysis of students, encourages critical thinking, and promotes the refinement of ideas and the extraction of experience. In the “resident school training” under the principals of the practical study, the students more subjective initiative, learning enthusiasm higher.
