1996年3月至1997年8月,我科采用球周麻醉实施内眼手术133例,取得了十分满意的麻醉效果,现报告如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料:本组共133例(152眼),男74例,女59例。年龄19～86岁,平均58.6岁。老年性白内障79例,并发性白内障9例,外伤性白内障6例,晚期青光眼39例。白内障囊外摘除一期后房型人工晶体植入20例(21眼),单纯囊外摘除者5例(5眼),囊内摘除者69例(77眼),晚期青光眼小梁切除者29例(36眼),虹膜嵌入巩膜者10例(13眼)。 1.2 方法:患者平仰卧位,眼球视正上方。取2％利多
From March 1996 to August 1997, 133 cases of intraocular surgery underwent peri-globule anesthesia were performed in our department and satisfactory results were obtained. The report is as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information: This group a total of 133 cases (152 eyes), 74 males and 59 females. Ages 19 to 86 years old, with an average of 58.6 years old. 79 cases of senile cataract, 9 cases of complicated cataract, 6 cases of traumatic cataract and 39 cases of advanced glaucoma. There were 20 cases (21 eyes) with intraocular lens implantation in one stage after extracapsular cataract extraction, 5 cases (5 eyes) with simple extracapsular cataract, 69 cases (77 eyes) with intracapsular excision, 29 cases with advanced glaucoma (36 eyes) and 10 eyes (13 eyes) with irises embedded in the sclera. 1.2 Methods: Patients supine position, as the top of the eye.
