为探讨骨质疏松症的发生与自由基的关系。对去势雌性大鼠绝经后骨质疏松症模型血清丙二醛 ( MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶( SOD)含量进行测定 ,并与正常假手术组比较。结果显示去势模型组血清 MDA明显高于对照组 ,SO D低于正常对照组 ,差异分别有非常显著意义 ( P<0 .0 1)和显著意义 ( P<0 .0 5 )。表明氧自由基代谢异常参与了绝经后骨质疏松症的病理进程。
To explore the relationship between the occurrence of osteoporosis and free radicals. The content of malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in ovariectomized female rats model of postmenopausal osteoporosis were measured and compared with the normal sham operation group. The results showed that serum MDA was significantly higher in the model group than in the control group, and SO D was lower than that in the normal control group (P <0.01) and significant difference (P <0.05). It indicates that the abnormal metabolism of oxygen free radicals is involved in the pathological process of postmenopausal osteoporosis.
