目的:测定藤黄中总藤黄酸含量。方法:根据藤黄酸类化合物分子结构中含有6位羟基、8位羰基,可与锆离子进行络合反应,使分子的吸收峰向长波长移动(从360nm移至390nm)的特点,采用ZrOCl_2比色法测定总藤黄酸含量。结果:方法考察结果完全达到物质含量测定的有关要求。结论:该方法简便易行,专属性较强,可作为药材及中间体质量控制及研究的方法之一。
Objective: To determine total gambogic acid content in Garcinia cambogia. Methods: Based on the molecular structure of gambogic acid compound containing 6 hydroxyl sites and 8 carbonyl groups, it can be complexed with zirconium ions, and the absorption peak of the molecule can be shifted to long wavelength (from 360 nm to 390 nm). ZrOCl 2 is used. Colorimetry was used to determine total gambogic acid content. RESULTS: The method investigation results fully met the relevant requirements for the determination of the substance content. Conclusion: This method is simple, easy, and specific. It can be used as one of the methods for quality control and research of medicinal materials and intermediates.
