以多糖、总黄酮、挥发油、醇浸出物、水浸出物、绿原酸、木犀草苷、3,5-O-二咖啡奎宁酸及成分群的指纹图谱为测定指标,对5个开放程度的浙产药用黄菊进行成分群的比较分析。在花朵开放过程中,药用黄菊各化学成分含量差异大,但呈现一定的变化规律。总黄酮和挥发油成分在开放前期较高,绿原酸、木犀草苷及3,5-O-二咖啡奎宁酸成分在开放中期较高,多糖、醇浸出物及水浸出物成分在开放后期较高,从总体上看当50%~80%开放时各成分的含量较高,是药用黄菊最佳采收期。
