利用飞秒激光选择性地烧蚀玻璃上的金属镀膜,制备了计算全息图。该技术可以一次性制备反射及透射计算全 息图,其优点是不需要光刻掩模而且不必对基体材料做特殊的前期及后期处理。
Computed holograms were prepared using a femtosecond laser to selectively ablate the metal coating on the glass. The technology allows for the one-time preparation of reflection and transmission computed holograms without the need for photolithographic masks and the special precalculation of the substrate material.
