我国民用航空发动机普遍为国外进口,发动机的某些控制规律是未知的,对其进行研究、发现对实现发动机的状态监控有着积极意义。本文首先介绍了数据挖掘与关联规则挖掘的基本概念和Apriori算法,并以PW4077D发动机2.5级放气活门控制规律为研究对象,将关联规则挖掘应用于发动机飞参数据,挖掘2.5级放气活门开度与其它相关参数的相互关系,并予以验证、总结,为工程实践及进一步的研究提供参考。
China’s civil aviation engines are generally imported from abroad. Some control laws of the engines are unknown. Research on them is of great significance to the realization of engine condition monitoring. In this paper, the basic concepts and Apriori algorithm of data mining and association rules mining are introduced. Taking the control law of 2.5-level deflation valve of PW4077D engine as the research object, the association rule mining is applied to the engine flight parameters, Degree and other related parameters of the interrelationship, and to verify, summarize, and provide reference for engineering practice and further research.
