以 Ni8OCr20、Cr_3C_2、Ar、CaF_2/BaF_2四元混合粉末为原材料,利用激光熔敷技术在r-TiAl金属间化合物合金Ti-48Al-2Cr-2Nb表面上制得了以r一NiCr为基体、以初生M_7C_3及M_(23)C_6为耐磨相、以弥散分布颗粒Ag、CaF_2或CaAgF_4为自润滑相的高温自润滑耐磨复合材料涂层,涂层显微硬度大大提高且与基体呈冶金结合。
Ni-Cr-CrAl-2Cr-2Nb alloy was prepared on the surface of r-TiAl intermetallic compound alloy Ti-48Al-2Cr-2Nb by using Ni8OCr20, Cr3C2, Ar and CaF2 / BaF2 ternary mixed powders as raw materials. M_7C_3 and M_ (23) C_6 are wear-resistant phases. The high-temperature self-lubricating wear-resistant composite coating with dispersed particles Ag, CaF_2 or CaAgF_4 as the self-lubricating phase greatly increases the microhardness of the coating and metallurgically bonds with the matrix.
