中学教育管理要实现人本化管理,关键是教育管理者要不断探索人本化管理的途径与方法。360度考评法是现代主流人力资源绩效考核方式之一,但是对中学教育工作中实行360度考评,在我国中学中还不多见。本文以保山市某中学教师绩效考核工作为例,分析了360度绩效考评法在中学教师绩效考核中的应用过程,并在此基础上提出了建立教师绩效考评体系的建议和对策。
The key to achieve human-centered management of secondary education management is to educate managers to continuously explore ways and means of human-based management. The 360-degree evaluation method is one of the ways to assess the performance of modern mainstream human resources. However, the implementation of 360-degree evaluation in secondary education is rare in China’s middle schools. In this paper, a middle school teacher in Baoshan performance appraisal work as an example, analyzed the 360 degree performance appraisal method in the secondary school teachers’ performance appraisal process, and on this basis proposed the establishment of teacher performance appraisal system and countermeasures.
