本文报导了不同的培养条件对人白细胞介素2(IL2)产量的影响。结果指出在制备大剂量 IL 2时用多个供者细胞混合培养较单个供者细胞单独培养者产量高;前者若用 PHA 与多种 B 淋巴母细胞系细胞共同刺激则较单独用 PHA 刺激者其 IL 2产量又更高。在制备小样本 IL 2时将细胞预孵育24小时后再加 PHA 刺激者比新鲜细胞立即加入 PHA 刺激者所产生 IL2含量要高,有显著差异;但在无血清培基中,以上述完全相同的条件进行培养时则二者的差异无显著性。本文尚指出在评价 IL 2活性高低时,不适宜的 IL 2检测程序及条件可造成假性的 LI 2低值。由于当前无论作 IL 2研究或临床实践应用都常需要培养有关细胞以获得 IL 2,本工作似可供从事 IL_2有关实际工作者参考。
This article reports the effect of different culture conditions on human interleukin 2 (IL2) production. The results showed that when using a large number of IL 2 mixed with multiple donor cells mixed single donor cell culture alone produced a higher yield; the former with PHA and a variety of B lymphoblastoid cell co-stimulation compared with PHA stimulation alone Its IL 2 production is even higher.
