本文报道用单克隆抗体异硫氰酸荧光结合物定位曼氏血吸虫感染小鼠组织中循环负极抗原,并研究了感染时间和感染量与循环负极抗原的吸收和消失的动力学关系。实验动物与虫体:远亲繁殖瑞士小鼠,经皮下注射曼氏血吸虫尾蚴(波多黎各株)50,100或200条。每周每组用乙醚杀死2只,心脏穿刺收集血液,并回收脾、肝和肾,经大体病损检查后,每个器官即刻快速冰冻,低温切片(厚度为6-8μm),并立即进行免疫荧光反应。
