食物中毒性感染的患病率在世界各地仍甚高,未出现降低趋势,并且它是形成慢性感染后胃肠道疾病的原因之一。若不全面检查患者免疫系统状态及其疾病之临床特征的关系,就不可能解决此问题。目前食物中毒牲感染病人免疫系统状态的研究尚不多,尤其是在细胞环节上。在同一组患者中把细胞与体液免疫的研究结果按照疾病临床特征加以比较,实际尚无文献报告。沙门氏菌病时,O抗原血症特征的研究也不充分。
The prevalence of food-borne infections is still high throughout the world, with no declining trend, and it is one of the causes of gastrointestinal disease after chronic infection. This problem can not be solved without a thorough examination of the patient’s immune system status and the clinical features of the disease. At present, there is not much research on the status of immune system in patients infected with food poisoning, especially in the aspects of cells. In the same group of patients with cell and humoral immune findings in accordance with the clinical characteristics of the disease to be compared, the actual no literature. Salmonella disease, O antigenemia characteristics of the study is not sufficient.
