本文报告一例儿童长期暴露于硫化氢后出现类似于亚急性坏死性脑炎的病症。患儿,男,20月龄,为一对健康的非近亲结婚夫妇的第二胎小孩,出现周期的阵发性眼球向上和向右偏斜。几个月后这些异常眼运动消失,但继之出现进行性的全身不随意运动,经常跌跤。发育正常,未服过任何药物。体检见躯干明显共济失调、舞蹈手足徐动症、肌张力障碍,且不能站立。患儿构语障碍,但眼运动正常,无呼吸道疾患。脑部CT检查显示基底神经节和白质周围某些部位明显两侧密度降低。脑脊液、血、粪、尿和鼻咽分泌物病毒培养及成神经细胞瘤检查均阴性,排除了肌阵挛性脑病的诊断,而且也无最近链 This article reports an example of a child’s condition similar to subacute necrotizing encephalitis after long-term exposure to hydrogen sulfide.
