为提升煤矿整体安全性,结合前因-行为-结果(ABC)行为分析法,通过人因分析与分类系统将煤矿不安全因素分为4类致因、18类人因因素,并建立人因分析与分类系统(HFACS)模型。以山西省潞宁矿为例,通过层次分析法计算各因素权重,结合问卷调查获得的矿山等级评定矩阵获得矿山整体安全性的表达式。分析结果表明潞宁矿人因安全性较好,主要的不安全因素为组织的安全氛围及矿工的不安全心理,并针对这些不安全因素提出对策性建议。
In order to improve the overall safety of coal mines, the causes of coal mine insecurity were divided into four types of causes and 18 types of human factors by human factors analysis and classification system combined with the behavior-behavior-result (ABC) Analysis and Classification System (HFACS) model. Taking LuNing mine in Shanxi province as an example, the weight of each factor is calculated by AHP, and the mine safety rating formula is obtained by combining the mine rating matrix obtained from the questionnaire survey. The results show that the safety of Luoning coal miners is good, the main factors of safety are the safety atmosphere of the organization and the unsafe psychology of miners, and countermeasures are put forward according to these insecure factors.
