基坑钻机作业时,其动力头在进给拉链作用下,沿主梁导轨作往复直线运动。动力头在工作过程中受到2个力的作用:一是沿主梁导轨作直线运动时,受到较大的钻进阻力;二是由于进给拉链受力点在主梁2个导轨中心处,在动力头和钻杆自身质量作用下,对动力头产生了一个倾斜向上的分力。钻进阻力和倾斜向上分力共同作用于动力头上,便容易导致主梁导轨摩擦面产生纵向拉伤。改进前动力头轨道结构如图1a所示。动力头与
