临床和实验室资料证实授乳期的母亲可以传给她们的孩子们一些她们所摄取的蛋白质:(1)这些蛋白可引起孩子面部过敏性湿疹、腹痛和腹泻;(2)已知引起对母乳过敏的主要原因是牛乳中的β-乳球蛋白、蛋和米中的蛋白、巧克力、鱼及柑橙,Matsumura在母乳、脐带血、羊水和胎粪中检查出蛋抗原(egg antigen):(3)Jacobsson发现腹痛患儿母亲的乳汁中有大量的β-乳球蛋白;(4)Jenkeins报告食物过敏是引起婴患儿结肠炎的主要原因;(5)Lake报告了6例母乳喂养儿因饮食性蛋白质而引起结肠炎;(6)在此我们报告1例完全母乳喂养儿的过敏性结肠炎。患儿父母健康,为第一胎、孕娩史均正常,生后21天内在母乳喂养下均发育正常,然后出现便血、腹痛和面部湿疹。除皮肤痒疹外无其它异常体征。实验室检查呈中度贫血、嗜酸细胞计数
