目的研究动脉血气图分区与酸碱失衡类型之间的关系。方法应用软件分析92例慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者住院期间的313例次动脉血气和同步血电解质(K+、Na+、Cl-、HCO-3)的检测结果,并进行相关性研究。结果192例患者入院时动脉血气图分区为区9例,区82例,区1例;酸碱失衡类型有8种,呼吸性酸中毒(RAC)+代谢性碱中毒(MAL)、RAC和RAC+阴离子间隙(AG)增高性代谢性酸中毒(MAC)居前3位。228例患者出院前动脉血气图分区为区2例,区5例,区20例,区1例;酸碱失衡类型有5种,RAC+MAL和RAC居前2位。3住院期间共进行了313例次检测,血气图分区与酸碱失衡分型间有下列关系:区存在酸碱平衡正常和AG增高性MAC;区存在酸碱平衡正常、MAL、AG增高性MAC、RAC+MAC、呼吸性碱中毒(RAL)+MAL、MAL+AG增高性MAC、RAC+MAL+AG增高性MAC和RAL+MAL+AG增高性MAC;区存在RAC、MAL、RAC+MAL、RAC+AG增高性MAC、MAL+AG增高性MAC和RAC+MAL+AG增高性MAC;区存在AG增高性MAC、RAC+MAC、RAL+MAL、MAL+AG增高性MAC和RAL+MAL+AG增高性MAC;区和区均没有出现各种酸碱失衡类型。结论应用分析软件方便快捷,在临床上可推测有可能出现的判断结论,起到相互验证的作用,保证了结果的准确性。
Objective To study the relationship between arterial blood gas diagram partition and acid-base imbalance type. Methods The software was used to analyze the detection results of 313 cases of arterial blood gases and synchronous electrolytes (K +, Na +, Cl-, HCO-3) in 92 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) during hospitalization. Results 192 cases of arterial blood gas at admission were divided into 9 districts, 82 districts and 1 district. There were 8 types of acid-base imbalance, RAC + MAL, RAC and RAC + Anion gap (AG) increased metabolic acidosis (MAC) in the top three. 228 cases of patients before discharge arterial blood gas diagram divided into 2 districts, 5 cases, 20 cases, 1 case; acid-base imbalance in five types, RAC + MAL and RAC in the top two. 3 During the hospitalization of a total of 313 times the test, blood gas diagram partition and the relationship between the type of acid-base imbalance in the following areas: acid-base balance exists in the district and AG increased MAC; acid-base balance exists in the district, MAL, AG increased MAC RAC + MAL, AG + MAL, RAC + MAL + AG increased MAC, RAL + MAL + AG increased MAC; RAC + AG increased MAC, MAL + AG increased MAC and RAC + MAL + AG increased MAC; presence of AG increased MAC, RAC + MAC, RAL + MAL, MAL + AG increased MAC and RAL + MAL + AG Increased sexual MAC; no acid-base imbalances were found in the districts and districts. Conclusion The application analysis software is quick and easy, and it is clinically possible to speculate on the possible judgment conclusions and play the role of mutual verification to ensure the accuracy of the results.
