本文研究了铁 -5′-硝基水杨基荧光酮 ( 5′-NSAF) -溴化十六烷基三甲铵 ( CTMAB)体系的荧光特性 .实验结果表明 ,在 p H为 3.1~ 4 .7的 HAc-Na Ac缓冲介质中 ,体系的荧光熄灭程度最大且恒定 ,其最大激发波长λex=2 52 nm,发射波长λem=556nm .当含铁量在 0~ 2 .8μg/1 0 ml范围内 ,荧光熄灭程度与浓度呈线性关系 ,藉以测定微量铁 .方法简便、快速 ,并且稳定性高 ,用于食品中微量铁的测定 ,结果满意 .
In this paper, the fluorescence characteristics of iron-5’-nitro salicylfluorone (5’-NSAF) -hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTMAB) system have been studied. The experimental results show that the p H is 3.1-4. 7 in the HAc-Na Ac buffer medium, the fluorescence quenching system maximum and constant, the maximum excitation wavelength λex = 522 nm, the emission wavelength λem = 556nm. When the iron content in the range of 0 ~ 2 .8μg / 1 0 ml , The degree of fluorescence quenching and the concentration of a linear relationship between the determination of trace iron method is simple, fast, and high stability for the determination of trace iron in food with satisfactory results.
